The innovation

CARRA MANGIMI has a consolidated specialization in piglets' feeds and, in cattle’s sector, is one of the most important brand in the territory of Parmiggiano-Reggiano.
The head office of the company is in Bogolese di Sorbolo, Parma, where the Direction, the Production and the whole services carry out all their activities.
The company has two different productive plants.

The quality

CARRA MANGIMI's quality, submitted to attentive controls during each step of the production, assures to the farmer an excellent, tested and safe product. The qualitative excellence of raw materials is a determinant factor for feed's performance.
The principal raw materials are bought on national and foreign markets, from scrupulously selected and reliable suppliers, with quality's requisites.

The excellence

CARRA MANGIMI'S EXCELLENCE results from a particular production's care, an up-dated technology of formulation and from an effective system's organisation.
The final result is the production of feeds which are an important ring of the process for the typical products of excellence such as the Parmigiano Reggiano and Grana Padano, Parma's and San Daniele's ham.

Each batch of raw material and finished product is always sampled, analytically checked and archived.


Control's quality

The internal analysis department manages all the conventional inquiries in order to establish the conformity of the raw materials arriving at the factory and also of the final products during the production process and before shipments.

These controls, following the official methodology and NIR, concern the analytical values, the levels of mycotoxins and the organoleptic features.
